How to Use Aerodrome With Enkrypt

Aerodrome Finance is a next-generation Automated Market Maker (AMM) designed to serve as the central liquidity hub for Base. It seamlessly blends an advanced liquidity incentivization system, a vote-lock governance framework, and an intuitive user interface. Aerodrome inherits and builds upon the latest features of Velodrome V2, by further integrating the use of NFTs. Holders of Aerodrome NFTs are given the power to vote on the distribution of token emissions and are rewarded with incentives and protocol-generated fees.
Enkrypt is a multichain, self-custodial, and open-source crypto wallet built by the team behind MEW (MyEtherWallet). With Enkrypt, users and developers can generate accounts, manage tokens and NFTs, and interact with DApps on the Base network, as well as over 50 other natively integrated networks. Using Enkrypt on Aerodrome Finance
To begin, you'll need a multichain wallet, like Enkrypt! For help downloading and setting up Enkrypt, click here.
Head to Aerodrome Finance. Click ‘Connect’.
Click ‘Connect with Browser Wallet’ and click confirm on the Enkrypt pop up.
Click ‘Sign-in’.
Then sign the message on the Enkrypt pop up to sign-in to your account.
Swap
Once you are connected to the site, you should be on the swap page.
You can click on the drop-down menu to open the token selection menu.
Select the tokens you want to swap.
Enter the amounts you want to swap then click ‘Swap’.
Confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt pop up.
Once the swap is completed, you should see ‘Swap confirmed’ in the ‘Swap’ section. Clicking ‘Swap confirmed’ will open a new tab with the transaction of your swap.
Add Liquidity
Click ‘Liquidity’ in the navigation bar to view the available liquidity pools.
Select which liquidity pool you would like to add your assets to.
Once you are on the add liquidity page, you can select if you would like to deposit into the ‘Volatile Pool’ or the ‘Stable Pool’. The ‘Volatile Pool’ is riskier and can lead to impermanent loss. The ‘Stable Pool’ is less risky but also has the potential to lead to impermanent loss.
Click ‘Allow’ on your tokens and confirm it on the Enkrypt pop up.
Once your tokens are approved for deposit you can click ‘Deposit’ and confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt pop up.
You can now stake your deposit to earn rewards. Click ‘Stake Your Deposit’ to stake your liquidity pool tokens.
Select the amount you want to stake then click ‘Allow’ and confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt popup.
Click ‘Stake’ and confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt pop up.
You should see ‘Staking confirmed’ once the staking process completes successfully.
Locking AERO
Click ‘Lock’ to lock your AERO tokens for a period of time and stake them for extra rewards.
Click ‘Create Lock’ to lock your AERO tokens.
Enter the amount and the duration of time you want to lock your tokens for.
Click ‘Allow AERO’ and confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt pop up.
Click ‘Lock’ and confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt pop up.
Once the transaction confirms you should see ‘Lock created’ in the ‘New Lock’ section.
Deposit ‘Lock’ to Relay
Go back to the ‘Lock’ page to view the ‘Relays’ that you can deposit your lock on.
Click ‘Deposit Lock’ to view the deposit page and select your lock from the ‘Your locks…’ drop-down.
Check the ‘I understand…’ checkbox then click ‘Deposit’ and confirm the transaction on the Enkrypt popup.
Once the transaction is confirmed, it will say ‘Relay activated’ in the ‘Relay Deposit’ section.
Voting
Click ‘Vote’ in the navigation bar to view the liquidity pools you can vote on.
Select the liquidity pool you want to vote on and receive a share of the transaction fees and incentives.
Once you’ve selected the pools you want to vote on you can click ‘Vote’ at the bottom of the page.
Choose the amount you want to allocate to each pool and click ‘Vote’.
Once the transaction completes, the banner should change to ‘Voted’.
Incentivize
Click ‘Incentivize’ to view the available pools you can add incentives to.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the pool name to open the pool selection pop up.
Select the pool you want to add incentives to.
Click the token drop-down to open the token selection menu then select your token you want to add.
Dashboard
Click ‘Dashboard’ to view your positions, locks, relays and rewards.
