About Enkrypt
Enkrypt is a multichain, non-custodial, and open-source web3 browser wallet built by the team behind MEW (MyEtherWallet).
The story of MEW goes back to the launch of the Ethereum blockchain in 2015. MyEtherWallet was the first user interface for generating Ethereum wallets and holding Ethereum-based tokens, starting with ETH itself. Since then, the blockchain space has grown exponentially and MEW has grown with it.
After providing users across the globe with secure and easy access to Ethereum for over seven years, MEW is embracing the scalable future of blockchain and bringing its considerable experience in the crypto space to the creation of a multichain web3 wallet.
Enkrypt gives users the power to navigate applications on Ethereum, Polkadot, and many other networks and ecosystems from one expertly-crafted interface.
The world of web3 is full of possibilities – new ways of being rewarded for contribution to digital communities, networks, and economies. It can also be challenging to navigate, especially for beginners, but we think web3 becomes much more approachable with a little guidance, so we are here to help.
